1. Agreement

By installing or using Jobbly, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Jobbly does — and doesn't do

Jobbly is a browser extension that fills out job application forms using information you provide, and generates suggested answers to screening questions using AI. Jobbly never submits an application without your action — you always review the filled form and click Submit yourself.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit. AI-generated answers are suggestions based on your profile and the job description — they can be wrong, generic, or not reflect your actual experience accurately. Review every answer before submitting any application. Jobbly is not responsible for the content of applications you choose to submit.

Jobbly does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome.

3. Accounts

You can use Jobbly's core features without an account. Creating an account lets your profile and data sync across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Jobbly offers a Free plan and paid Beginner and Pro plans, each with a different daily limit on AI-generated answers, billed monthly. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and the full new price from your next renewal.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's access until then, at no additional charge, and the new (lower) price applies from your next renewal.
• Cancellations can be made any time from the Billing section of the dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't provide partial refunds for unused time.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Jobbly to submit false or misleading information on job applications
• Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits through multiple accounts or other means
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Jobbly's underlying prompts, code, or systems
• Use Jobbly in a way that violates the terms of service of the job sites it operates on

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your data

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. In short: your resume and profile data belong to you, you can delete them at any time, and we don't sell your data.

7. Disclaimers

Jobbly is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working reliably across the job sites it supports, but job sites change their layouts and behavior without notice, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — that's why you review before submitting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobbly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate application content you chose to submit, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (e.g. via email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
